Mozaiko Reopens After Fire: Millions Invested, Terrace to Open

Mozaiko Restaurant is making its space better this year. Sopho Tikaradze, who leads the food and drinks team at Ambassador Tbilisi, shared this news with BM.GE.

Mozaiko is a project by Ambassador Group right in the middle of Tbilisi. It welcomes guests with a fresh look and its well-known friendly service. The place had to close after a fire at Ambassador. But Mozaiko opened its doors again last November. It now offers guests tasty Asian dishes, nice cocktails, and a beautiful inside space, making every visit a special eating experience. Sopho Tikaradze also said that Mozaiko will add a new terrace starting in spring 2025.

“Our guests like a cozy and fancy place, and they love good food,” says Tikaradze. “Our main chef and their skilled team are always looking for new tastes and ingredients to make every visit to Mozaiko a new and fun food journey.” She explained, “When we talk about the new Mozaiko, it’s more than just changing the menu or how it looks inside. A fire happened two years ago, and we had to completely rebuild parts of the building and rearrange Mozaiko’s area. This let us use a bigger space, making it even more inviting and comfy. Three floors of the building were completely damaged by the fire. So, it’s hard to say exactly how much money was spent just on ‘Mozaiko.’ But we can say that many millions of dollars were spent to fix up the whole building.” Right now, Mozaiko has more than 60 people working there.
