Bank of Georgia continues to support and strengthen its partner businesses. This time, working with the bank, Ambassador Group has opened a new hotel wing and the updated Mozaiko restaurant.
Ambassador Group is a Georgian company with many years of experience in the hospitality sector, founded in 2004. It includes hotels like Ambassador Kachreti, Ambassador Tbilisi, Ambassador Goderdzi, Ambassador Academy, the artificial island project “Ambassador Island Batumi,” Keburia Winery, “Ambassador” restaurant in Batumi, and now the newly opened “Mozaiko” and “Mozaiko Terrace” restaurants. “In March 2023, a fire at Ambassador Hotel damaged part of the hotel rooms and the Mozaiko restaurant.
After 1.5 years of hard work and with the support of our partner, Bank of Georgia, everything is now fully restored. The new Mozaiko is a different kind of space, bringing together an Asian restaurant and a terrace. The main idea behind the new interior of Mozaiko is to give guests a perfect food experience. Guests will find Asian dishes in the restaurant, while the terrace offers a different menu, a colorful bar, and beautiful views of Old Tbilisi. Because of this, Mozaiko has become a place where people from all walks of life come together not just for amazing food, but also to relax and feel harmonious. Every guest and employee is a special part of this big mosaic.
Bank of Georgia has been our reliable partner since 2012, and we’ve done many projects together. We hope to work on many more interesting and important projects for Georgian hospitality in the future,” said Thea Tskhvitava, CEO of Ambassador. “For Bank of Georgia, helping the hospitality sector grow and get stronger is a top priority. We’ve been working with Ambassador Group for over 10 years and have completed many shared projects during this time. Recent projects include Ambassador Academy and the construction of Ambassador Kachreti’s new building. And now, the recently opened hotel wing at Ambassador Tbilisi and the updated Mozaiko restaurant. As everyone knows, part of the hotel and the restaurant were completely destroyed by fire in 2023, which makes these two projects especially important. It’s great when our partner businesses keep moving forward and always try to bring new tourism projects to both the city and the country. This helps attract both local and foreign tourists and boosts the hospitality sector in Georgia. We wish the team success, and we will continue to support businesses and their ideas,” said Lali Kelauradze, Deputy Director of the Corporate Client Service Department at Bank of Georgia.
